1) Lead Capture Page: The best lead generation tool when set up properly is your lead capture page. Your lead capture page will allow you to get leads with little effort and on auto pilot. Keep your lead capture page as simple as possible, for it’s sole purpose is to get someone to enter their name and/or email address so you can follow up with them later. The basic elements of a lead capture pages is a strong headline that creates mystery and interest. I sub-headline that supports the main headline, and a call to action such as enter email here, or enter email below now.
2) Irresistible Offer: Your lead capture page should promote an irresistible offer, something that is for free that they would be a fool to pass up. Things you could give away is a Top 10 list about how to overcome some obstacle in your niche, or a video that helps with a specific pain or struggle in your niche. It also could be a short ebook or report that gives valuable tips about your niche.
3) Strong Call to Action: Finally, your lead capture page must include a strong call to action if you want to get someone to convert to a lead. To get more leads, you have to tell people what action you want them to take if you want them to get your information. An example of this is, “click here”, “enter email address below”, “enter email address here”, and “get instant access now” to name a few.
The bottom line is that if you want to generate leads online, you must to have a custom lead capture page. This lead capture page will act as 24 hour 7 day a week delivery system of your information. You can connect with more people faster than doing it manually. You can also use this to build you email list which will become the core of your business.
